At Empower Physio, you as a patient are our top priority. Our treatments are fully tailored to your individual needs and expectations. With targeted therapies and training, we help you restore your maximum mobility and functionality—for improved quality of life and health.
CUSTOMIZED, GOAL-ORIENTED AND EFFICIENT

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our active physiotherapy includes targeted stretching, strengthening, and mobilization exercises that help with almost all injuries and conditions of the musculoskeletal system.
Passive manual therapy is especially used when your mobility or load-bearing capacity is severely limited—such as after surgeries or acute injuries.
This way, we combine active and passive therapy approaches individually to restore your mobility quickly and sustainably.

MEDICAL TRAINING THERAPY MTT
Our medical training therapy (MTT) is a therapist-guided rehabilitation program designed to improve strength, mobility, and endurance. MTT supports the function of muscles and joints and promotes overall well-being and health in cases of limited physical performance.
Together, we create your individualized training plan, which you can perform independently. Of course, we are always available to answer your questions and ensure your exercises are done correctly.

DRY NEEDLING
Local muscle tensions, also called trigger points, can be treated with intensive pressure (manual trigger point therapy) or specifically with dry needling. This involves using a sterile acupuncture needle to target and release muscle tension and improve mobility.
The goal of this treatment is to reduce pain and sustainably promote muscle health.

MANUAL THERAPY
Manual therapy involves hands-on techniques specifically used to treat various complaints. This form of therapy helps relieve pain, stiffness, and movement limitations while restoring natural mobility. Manual therapy is often combined with other physiotherapeutic methods to ensure a holistic and lasting treatment.

SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY
Sports physiotherapy focuses on rehabilitation after injuries, prevention of new injuries, and improving your athletic performance. Whether you are a passionate recreational athlete or a professional, we offer holistic and individualized treatment for lasting therapy success.

TAPING
Taping involves applying elastic cotton adhesive strips to the skin to relax or support muscles, relieve joints, and promote lymphatic circulation. This treatment helps reduce pain and swelling. The tapes are waterproof, allowing you to shower, bathe, and exercise without needing to remove them.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our personalized performance training is designed for goal-oriented high-performance athletes. The semi-private sessions are led by an experienced sports physiotherapist and closely coordinated with your sports specialist to achieve optimal results.

SCOLIOSIS THERAPY
Scoliosis is a lateral curvature of the spine that can cause pain and limit mobility. Targeted physiotherapy can relieve pain, improve spinal mobility, and prevent worsening of the curvature. Together, we strengthen the muscles that support your spine and promote better posture awareness for long-term stability.

POST SURGERY REHABILITATION
After surgery, the goal is to help you return to your normal life as quickly as possible. Our physiotherapy supports you with individually tailored measures, specifically designed for your needs and the type of surgery. Active therapy is the focus, and your therapist works closely with your surgeons to optimally support the healing process.

NURSING HOME TREATMENTS
We offer targeted physiotherapy treatments in nursing and retirement homes, especially for patients with limited mobility. Our therapy supports age-related conditions such as back problems, varicose veins, and fluid retention, helping to provide lasting pain relief. With professional guidance, we promote posture correction and maintain mobility in advanced age.
Recognized by health insurance companies
Our physiotherapy services are covered by the basic health insurance or accident insurance. You need a prescription for physiotherapy from your doctor. However, you can also use our services without a prescription, but you will have to bear the costs yourself.
